Retain professional and responsible cleaning staff that will clean and sanitize STR between guest stays.
Includes laundry as well as well as sanitization that exceeds platform Covid cleaning protocols.
Property Maintenance

Coordinates any services needed, including lawn care, landscaping, construction, home repairs, and routine maintenance.
Can also coordinate home winterization and opening.
Reservation Platforms

Set up of Short Term Rental (STR) site web pages, including photos, home staging ideas and review of items needed for home rental.
Personalized Client Experience

Convey market recommendations on trends and area specific needs, including but not limited to minimum nightly stay and nightly fees.
Weekly, Bi-weekly, or monthly follow meetings and unlimited phone, text, email communication.
